I believe that lasting change is only possible if it’s felt through all layers of you. 

My aim is to restore your agency and put you in charge of your life experience. 

Modalities

The modalities I work with help to eliminate internal conflict and support you to come into a felt sense of coherence.

We’ll make sure that your body, mind, and your subconscious are all on the same team.

When all of you is aligned with your desired outcomes, your goals become not only achievable, but inevitable. 

Somatic Experiencing

This is a body-centered approach for treating trauma and stress-related disorders. It's a process that aims to free the body from past experiences and reset the nervous system to create a felt sense of ease, safety, and presence. When your body is more balanced, so is your mind.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming

A lot of our thinking is based on unconsciously gathered ideas, which sometimes contradict who we are and what we want. NLP techniques help to re-frame and re-align the architecture of your mind, so the foundation of your thinking better matches your desired outcomes.

Hypnotherapy

Most of your thoughts, feelings and actions are rooted in your subconscious beliefs and expectations, and hypnotherapy is an effective way of upgrading your default operating systems. Deep trance states are not a requirement, and you’ll remain aware and in charge.

Psychosensory therapies

These are incredible tools for restoring your agency by using your body and your senses to directly affect your states. You already are the person you crave to be - you just need to learn how to change a few of your settings. These techniques will introduce you to your control panel.

Beyond providing support with trauma processing and general life management, I am also skilled at helping people navigate unconventional lifestyles and experiences. I offer sex-positive, non-judgmental space for exploring and processing a wide variety of topics, including (but not limited to):

  • Non-monogamy / polyamory / kink

  • Psychedelic trauma / preparation / integration

  • Spiritual emergence / emergency

  • Dissociation / embodiment

  • Any other part of you that needs to be held with warmth, care, and reverence.
